Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Kettering to lead a small team at 67-69 High Street. The role is part-time (16 hours/week) with flexible shifts, and a salary of £13.50 per hour. You will support store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service under guidance from the management team.

Key responsibilities include team motivation, stock visibility, and assisting with daily store targets. Piercing services may be offered after training as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and maintain high energy in a fast-paced store.
• Support management with day-to-day running and driving sales.
• Deliver strong customer service to help store performance.
• Assist with stock, till accuracy and shrinkage reduction.
