Cotswold Outdoor Cambridge is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a proficient in-store team, deliver outstanding service and ensure the store runs smoothly on a 28-hour rotating schedule including weekends.

You will mentor colleagues, handle opening/closing duties as a key holder, and perform cashing up with accuracy. This role offers strong progression, staff discounts and a values-driven environment.

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key part in helping your team grow, supporting customers, and keeping the store on track. You'll lead by example on the shop floor and step in to run things when the Store Manager is away.
