Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor is seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor to support a busy store. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, deliver excellent service, and mentor new team members while ensuring opening/closing duties are covered.

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key part in helping your team grow, supporting customers, and keeping the store on track. You'll lead by example on the shop floor and step in to run things when the Store Manager is away.
