Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the St Albans store. The role is a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2026, offering 24 hours per week with a rotating weekend schedule. You will lead a team, deliver excellent service and keep the store running smoothly.

You'll guide colleagues on the shop floor, support customers, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, while enjoying staff discounts and career development.

• Carry out cashing up duties accurately and efficiently.
• Lead in the absence of Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Keep the store safe, compliant and running efficiently.
• Bring energy, organization and motivation to the team.

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key part in helping your team grow, supporting customers, and keeping the store on track. You'll lead by example on the shop floor and step in to run things when the Store Manager is away.
