Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for our Northallerton store. You will deliver excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and work with the management team to ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented approach with strong organisational skills and a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise tasks and respond to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sets an example and encourages staff to meet store goals.
• Exceed targets and bring fresh ideas to the business.
• Open/close the store in line with policy.
• Monitor tills and assist management to achieve goals.
• Train and support staff and set clear goals.
• Maintain a positive team environment for success.
• Respond to customer issues professionally.
• Manage supervisor emails daily.
• Ensure daily processes: relabelling, stock checks, e-com, testing.
• Maintain store standards: paperwork, stock control, loss prevention.
