Job summary

Under Armour in the United Kingdom is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive performance. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandising standards, and help cultivate a high-performance culture.

You will analyze sales and inventory data, communicate priorities to the team, and assist regional leadership with onboarding and training while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include at least 18 years old and a high school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams and customers.
• Willingness to learn technology and use handheld/mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation and reduce loss.
• Support store leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations areas.
