Job summary

Under Armour in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, and coach teammates. This role serves as a stepping stone into leadership, requiring energy, excellent customer service, and the ability to lead by example on the floor.

You will manage stock, assist with loss prevention, and maintain a welcoming in-store experience, with responsibilities including opening/closing, scheduling, and delivering strong Athlete service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all teammates provide great customer service
• Lead selling culture and enhance the customer experience
• Coach, train, and support teammates
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results
• Open and close the store when necessary
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement
• Provide in-depth information related to a wide portfolio of technical products
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experience
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates, and leadership
