Job summary

Under Armour in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach teammates, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold product standards, and help cultivate a high-performance culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, operations oversight, and customer-facing excellence within a dynamic retail environment. Full-time, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs./12 kgs per shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time business decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and guide merchandising moves for presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and audit compliance.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership.
• Set clear priorities and sales/KPI targets with sales teammates to hit goals.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
