Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor in Bicester to lead daily store operations and coach the team. You will analyze sales trends, manage merchandise presentation, and uphold loss prevention standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliable shift coverage, and a customer-focused mindset. The position offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams, support onboarding, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each shift.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Lead or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate safety incidents to store leadership promptly.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to the team.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store and regional leadership.
