Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to support real-time business decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize product presentation and curb loss.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and conduct store audits.
• Lead and rotate ownership of areas such as Talent, Visuals and Operations to gain broad experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products and options.
• Communicate priorities, sales targets and KPIs to the team to achieve goals.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store leadership and HR.
