Under Armour in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards. You will partner with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

You will analyze daily sales, manage merchandising, oversee loss prevention, and support onboarding and training. The role requires full-time availability, strong communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Able to work full time including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach store teammates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
• Analyze daily sales trends and direct merchandising moves
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results
• Oversee areas like Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain broad experience
• Provide customers with detailed information about products and promotions
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teams
• Support onboarding and training with store and regional leadership and HR
