Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Store Manager Designate to lead a team across multiple stores within your area. You will travel between locations, supporting where needed, with a clear path to a permanent base store.

You’ll manage performance, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through engaging promotions and effective merchandising, all while developing your leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail management or store leadership.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate teams.

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Hours per Week:39 hours

Shift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
