Job summary

SUPERDRUG is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Larne store. You will drive customer service, sales, and store performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a full-time schedule, with a flexible shift pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. You will have opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 2+ years in retail management.

• Results-driven with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services with training (Optional).
