Job summary

Superdrug in Belfast, Antrim is seeking a Store Manager Designate to travel between stores in the area, supporting where needed. You will work a 39-hour week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a view to securing a permanent base store.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and manage stock, budgets and audits while promoting store promotions and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong leadership to inspire and motivate teams.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with focus on targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services; optional.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred due to travel.

Location: Units 56/57, Castle Court Royal Avenue, Belfast, Antrim BT1 1FD

Designate Role - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

Salary: Up to £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

The Role

As a Store Manager Designate, you'll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you're needed most. As the Store Manager, you'll;

• Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
• Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Ensure the smooth running of the store.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
