Job summary

Dreams Limited in Kings Lynn is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. You’ll coach, motivate and deploy our daily operations, ensuring the store hits targets while upholding Dreams’ service standards.

With proven leadership in retail, you’ll foster teamwork, manage rosters, and role-model exceptional communication. Extensive development opportunities and a supportive wellbeing program accompany this role.

The job: Managing our Retail team in Kings Lynn, you will be responsible for driving team engagement whilst maximising all sales opportunities.
