Job summary

Dreams Ltd in Kings Lynn is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Retail team and maximise sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will motivate your team, manage rosters, coach staff, and work with store initiatives to drive performance. We value passionate leaders who can build a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or commercial sales with a strong track record of store management.
• Commercially minded, results-driven and able to make decisions.
• Proven leader capable of guiding and motivating a team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create a positive store environment and participate in business initiatives.
• Coach and train the team to achieve goals and targets through effective coaching.
• Inspire and motivate all Dreamers and drive store performance.
• Manage store rota to ensure appropriate coverage at peak times.
• Walk the floor to uphold high store standards and exceptional customer experiences.

Managing our Retail team in Kings Lynn, you will be responsible for driving team engagement whilst maximising all sales opportunities.
