Job summary

This hands‑on role involves supporting the Store Manager, taking ownership of the shop floor and stepping in during their absence to keep the store running at its best.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, manage KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• Strong team player with the confidence to lead and mentor others.
• Hands-on attitude with readiness to get involved across the store.
