Job summary

B&M is seeking a Store Manager for our Northallerton store to lead from the front in a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment. You’ll have full accountability for store performance, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

As the store leader, you’ll manage a high-performing team, maintain high store standards, and stay flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to meet customer needs and business goals.
