B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for the Bristolgate store to help drive sales, lead a high-performing team and ensure the store runs smoothly. You will support the Store Manager, run the store in their absence and be hands-on across all areas of the shop floor.

This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a focus on coaching, customer experience and achieving store KPIs.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Strong team player with confidence to lead.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Pride in delivering a great customer experience and high standards.
• Hands-on attitude – ready to get involved in all areas of the store.
