Job summary

B&M Retail’s Meersbrook store is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead the shop floor, coach colleagues, and step in during the Store Manager’s absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This hands-on role offers a clear path to Store Manager and beyond, with a benefits package including store discounts and access to our colleague portal.
