Mountain Warehouse in Bedford Retail Park is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead a motivated team, drive training and development, manage daily operations, and ensure strong visual merchandising, safety, and stock control while striving to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect the store’s profitability.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
