Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive sales, KPIs and cross-selling within the store.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Maintain safe, compliant store operations and schedules.
• Act as deputy to Store Manager in their absence.
