Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a store management professional to lead and motivate the team, uphold store standards, and drive sales performance. You will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences and for coaching colleagues to achieve operational excellence.

You will influence shift planning, analyse performance data, and ensure visual excellence while managing day-to-day store activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and sales data for decision-making and shift planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customers and colleagues.
