Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy shop in England. You will drive commercial performance, coach a team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across instore and multichannel journeys.

You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for KPI outcomes, product presentation, stock management and compliance with Health & Safety. Weekend availability is required for this 37.5 hour contract.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shop team and driving commercial success.
• Ability to coach and inspire others to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong business acumen to manage KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team and report to the Area Manager.
• Drive customer experience across the Customer Journey (multichannel and instore).
• Maintain product presentation, VM standards and stock levels to maximise sales.
• Manage shop operations, stock replenishment and health & safety procedures.
• Play an active role in local community engagement and events.
