Responsibilities

• Lead the Shop team and report to the Shop Manager.
• Drive customer experience and service standards across multichannel journeys.
• Manage floor layout, product presentation and visual standards to maximise commercialopportunity.
• Oversee stock replenishment, stocktakes and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate promotions, incentives and key trading weeks.
• Support recruitment, development and performance reviews for shop staff.
• Ensure health and safety processes are followed and internalstakeholders are engaged.
