JD Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our flagship stores in the UK. You’ll work with the Store Manager to drive results, develop talent, and elevate the customer experience, delivering the premium JD standard daily.

You'll lead the shop floor, coach colleagues, and ensure high presentation and operational excellence while hitting sales targets and KPI goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong leadership to guide staff and uphold JD standards.
• Ability to interpret KPI and sales data for decisions.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide shop-floor colleagues and allocate tasks.
• Coach and develop team with real-time feedback.
• Maintain JD presentation, pricing accuracy, and a safe environment.
• Execute core operational duties including till checks and stock audits.
