Job summary

Sweaty Betty is hiring in-store sales staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales. You will help customers select footwear and apparel, build rapport, and promote brand collections in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires weekend availability, a positive attitude, and a strong knowledge of our products. Training and a clothing discount are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product.
• Store Standards - visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, loss prevention.
• Cash management and adherence to security & health & safety policies.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting data.
