Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Ramsgate to lead a dynamic store team, drive performance and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role covers motivating staff, managing daily store operations, and stepping in for senior roles to keep the store running smoothly.
