Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team, manage daily operations, and uphold high standards on the shop floor. You will motivate staff and ensure smooth shifts, earning £15.45–£15.95 per hour for a 30–35 hour contract, with additional pay for bank holidays and night work.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
