Lidl GB in Greater London is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store team and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and take responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence, while driving great service for every customer.

The role pays £16.30–£16.80 per hour on a 30 hour contract, with bank holiday uplift and night shift premiums, plus a benefits package including generous holiday and in-store discounts.
