Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store team on a 35-hour contract. You’ll motivate staff, manage store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day performance while earning £15.45–£15.95 per hour plus bank holiday uplift and night shift enhancements.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
