Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to lead the store team, drive performance and keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll earn £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 40-hour contract, with extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, plus benefits including holiday entitlement, staff discount and family leave. Lidl GB supports development with training and clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
