Job summary

Lidl Wembley is looking for a Retail Shift Manager (Night Shift) to lead a busy night team and ensure store standards are kept at a high level. The role offers a 40-hour contract, full-time hours, and night shift responsibility, with a base hourly rate and extra pay for bank holidays and night work.

You will manage operations, supervise colleagues in the absence of senior managers, and drive a customer‑focused shopping experience while upholding Lidl’s values and policies.

What you'll do

• Motivating and supporting your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks
• Creating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
• Managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handling freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Giving our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
