Job summary

Lidl GB in Kirkwall, Scotland, is looking for a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team and ensure the shop runs smoothly across early mornings to late evenings. The role offers £15.45–£15.95 per hour on a 35-hour contract, with bank holiday uplift and night shift pay, plus a benefits package and opportunities to progress.

You’ll handle cash, stock, and customer experience, manage in your absence Store Manager, and develop colleagues.
