Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Torquay to lead a busy retail floor, motivate a team, and ensure smooth store operations. You will be responsible for customer service, stock, and cash processes while stepping in for store leadership when needed.

The role offers an hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95 with a 35-hour contract, plus extra pay for bank holidays and night shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.
