Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team, drive daily operations, and deliver excellent customer service on fast-paced shifts.

You will manage shifts, motivate staff, handle stock and cash processes, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, with bonus holiday and discount perks.

What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
