Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Liverpool to lead a busy store team and keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and manage operations when senior leaders are absent, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service. The role offers progression, a competitive hourly rate with holiday pay, and benefits designed to support well-being.
