Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Scotland (Dingwall). You’ll motivate your team, delegate tasks and ensure the shop floor runs smoothly, especially during busy periods.

You’ll be responsible for operations, stock, cash processes and delivering the best possible customer experience while upholding Lidl’s standards and leadership principles.

Summary

£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 30-35 hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave
