Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy store team, maintain high standards and run the shop floor smoothly. You’ll motivate staff, delegate tasks, and take responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.

You’ll enjoy hourly pay of £15.45-£15.95, a 30-35 hour contract, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension and long service awards, plus opportunities to develop within Lidl.
