Job summary

Lidl is hiring a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You'll lead a team on fast-paced shifts, ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly and delivers great customer experience.

In response, we'll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being and life outside of Lidl.
