Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the Leatherhead area to help maintain high standards and lead a team on a fast-paced shop floor. You’ll be responsible for store operations, supporting colleagues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate with enhancements for bank holidays and night shifts, plus a benefits package including a 10% in-store discount and holiday entitlement.

• Motivate and support your team, learning from Leadership and Company Principles.
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you.
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Provide customers with the best possible store experience.
