Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Redditch to lead a store team, ensuring high standards and smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be responsible for motivated staff, delegated tasks, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role offers a 30-hour contract with shifts from 5am to 11pm, plus enhanced leave and discount benefits. You’ll earn hourly pay with bank holiday and night shift uplifts and opportunities for progression within Lidl.
