Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team on the shop floor, ensuring high standards and efficient store operations.

You'll motivate staff, manage shifts, handle cash and stock, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers an hourly rate with bank holiday bonuses and night-shift uplifts, plus a benefits package.
