Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the UK. You will motivate your team, manage store operations, delegate tasks, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £15.45–£15.95, a 30-hour contract, and benefits including 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension, and long service awards. Bank holidays add £2.00/hour and night shifts £3.50/hour uplift.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
