What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, aligning with our Leadership and Company Principles
• Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
• Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
• Manage store operations and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
• Provide excellent customer experience on every visit
