Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager for our Ellesmere Port store. You will lead and motivate your team, manage shop floor operations, and take responsibility when senior managers are away, ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, delivering excellent customer service, handling stock, cash processes, and ensuring the store runs like clockwork while driving team development and store-wide success.

What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
