Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in the United Kingdom leads in-store teams to deliver a superior customer experience. The role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum weekly commitment and pathways for progression within Tesco stores.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 locations, with some sites offering additional payments. You will be scheduled within available windows, with at least three weeks’ notice for shifts, and encouraged to apply if your availability matches.
