Job summary

Tesco Mobile Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to guide store teams and deliver great customer experiences. You’ll work within the availability windows Thu 14:00–23:00, Fri 14:00–23:00, Sat 14:00–23:00, with a minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week and the potential for roles from 12 hours.

You’ll lead the team in the Manager’s absence, coach colleagues, foster inclusive relationships, and adapt to changing store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.

• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
