Tesco UK is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to help deliver great in-store service. You’ll lead the team, coordinate daily tasks, and be the go-to person for questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience from opening to checkout.

This role offers a starting hourly rate of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in eligible stores, with a guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week and flexible shift patterns to suit availability.

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in team lead or management in fast-paced retail.
• Strong role model delivering great service and meeting customer needs.
