Job summary

Lidl GB in Kilsyth, Scotland, is hiring a Retail Shift Manager on a 30-35 hour contract with shifts including weekends. The role pays £15.45–£15.95 per hour, with 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave and a generous benefits package.

You will lead the store team, ensure smooth shop floor operations, and drive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Training and progression are emphasised.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Provide customers with the best possible experience every time they visit.
